Step 2: Get your price
We engineer the package to your site’s snow and wind loads and send back a price — usually the same business day.
Step 3: We build the package
Trusses are built in Wheatland, and every component is pulled, counted and staged as one order.
Step 4: Delivered to your site
It arrives on our flatbeds and is set with an onboard forklift, ready for your crew to start.

Do you sell kits to DIY owner-builders, or only contractors?
Both. Contractors buy through our Western Pro program, and owner-builders buy through Western Core. It is the same engineered package either way — trusses, columns, steel, trim, hardware and stamped drawings — so you can build it yourself or hand it to your crew.
What is included in a Western barndominium or pole barn kit?
Everything above the foundation: engineered trusses, laminated columns, steel roofing and siding in 35+ colors, trim, fasteners, framing for doors and windows, and site-specific stamped engineering. Concrete, site work, labor, insulation and interior finish are not included.
How much does a pole barn or barndominium kit cost?
Industry-wide, pole barn shell kits run roughly $15 to $50 per square foot in materials and barndominium shells roughly $25 to $75, depending on size, eave height, doors and finishes. As one reference point, our 30×40 Wheatland shop package starts around $24,000 to $28,000.
Are the kits engineered for snow and wind loads where I build?
Yes. Every package is engineered for the snow load, wind exposure and code requirements at your build site, and the stamped drawings ship with it for your building permit.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver on our own trucks to Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico, Texas and Nevada. Our flatbeds carry an onboard forklift to set materials on site.
Can I design my building online first?
Yes. Our free 3D designer lets you set size, colors, doors and windows. Send us the design and we will price the engineered package from it.
