Data Deletion Instructions

Western Building Supply LLC lets you ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. This includes information you gave us through our website, quote requests, contractor applications, and our Facebook and Instagram lead forms.

How to request deletion

Send us a request by any of these methods:

What to include

Your full name, plus the phone number or email address you used when you contacted us, so we can find your records. If you contacted us through a Facebook or Instagram form, tell us that.

What happens next

We will confirm your request and delete your information from our systems within 30 days, unless we are required to keep it by law or for a legitimate business purpose, such as an active order or warranty. We will tell you if anything has to be kept and why.

What we delete

Contact details, project details, and lead form answers stored in our CRM and email tools. Delivery-tracking data is already removed automatically on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
